Easy Steps When Ordering Custom Invoivces:
• Tell us your Minda account number, name of store, address & phone number
• Please advise us if this is a re-order or new order
• Specify the name of the invoice manufacturer and the form number
• Tell us your quantity requirements: actual quantity, specific starting number, prefix letter, & color
• If ordering for a computer, specify which system you are using and any bar code information
• If first time ordering, please advise us of logo/lettering styles, phantoms, and heading imprint. |
